Dear ECA Community,
Easthampton City Arts is excited to announce our lineup of upcoming Programs and Events, from April through December 2026! As many of you know, we’re doing things a little differently this year — we’re introducing new programs, boosting our existing programs, and will be engaging more artists and community members than ever before! We’ll also be creating more opportunities for new artists across all media to get involved by sharing out 5 different “calls to artists” this year — and, we are proud that with these new changes, a significantly larger percentage of our annual funding will directly support working artists, too.
We invite you all to mark your calendars for what’s to come — and, we encourage you all to follow us on Instagram and Facebook to receive regular updates and announcements about these programs and more! ECA announcements are also shared through our monthly newsletter, too!
PROGRAMS
Join us for ART WALK on the first Saturdays of every month at various locations in Downtown Easthampton!
April is POETRY MONTH in Easthampton! Featuring an ECA Gallery Exhibit by the Easthampton Public Library, a Poet Laureate Reading, a Poetry Poster Project, Poetry Ice Cream at Mt. Tom’s Ice Cream, and more!
We’re thrilled for our inaugural season of BEATS ON THE BOARDWALK, taking place on the Nashawannuck Pond Promenade from May 14th–September 24th! Join us every other week on Thursday evenings from 5-7pm!
And for this year’s PUBLIC ART programming, we’ll be introducing a brand new public mosaic sculpture on Union Street, plus our Have a Heart for Public Art fundraiser brunch will be taking place at Glendale Ridge — see details below!

SAT MAY 2 – MAY DAY SPRING FLORAL* – A day of handmade flowers, plein air painting, festive crafts, and floral themed windows in the Cottage Street Cultural District!
SAT JUNE 6 – SIDEWALK STRUT – Featuring Live Music, SHOW Circus Studio, Caravan Puppets, Art In Motion Dance Stage, a Floating Sculpture Exhibition, Makers Market, Kids Activities, and more!
SAT AUGUST 22 – SUMMER SOUNDS EASTHAMPTON – A one-of-a-kind summer concert at Park Hill Orchard! More details to come!
SUN SEPTEMBER 20 – HAVE A HEART FOR PUBLIC ART – A fundraiser brunch at Glendale Ridge, to support ECA’s Public Art Initiative!
SAT OCTOBER 24 – WICKED STROLL* – An evening of tricks, treats, and Halloween-themed adventures! Featuring live music and performances!
SAT NOVEMBER 21 – FRIENDS NIGHT OUT* – Late night shopping event in the Cottage Street Cultural District!
SAT DECEMBER 5 – NIGHT OF ILLUMINATION* – An inspiring evening of luminaries and candlelight in the Cottage Street Cultural District.

📆 Free event at Farm Kitchen Workshop on 6/24 📆
Have you ever met someone so knowledgeable about their craft that you wish everyone you know could meet them too?
That’s how we felt when we started working with Lourdes and Flo at @indigocoffeeroasters in Florence earlier this year.
We first met them through the @florencefarmersmarketma as some of our most loyal market-goers, and earlier this year we had the pleasure of working with their business to come up with a perfect “daily drinker” cup of coffee for our shop. Not only are they knowledgeable about all things coffee - from process to philosophy to culture - they’re also kind, funny, and delightful to work with. As a wholesale coffee roaster, they work directly with businesses, but not often directly with the drinkers of their coffee...
All that is why we organized tomorrow’s FREE Coffee and Dessert Tasting at Farm Kitchen Workshop in Easthampton. We want YOU to meet the Indigo team, too!
Swing by between 4:30-7:30 Wednesday, June 24th to meet the roasters, sample some desserts made here and enjoy a relaxed Wednesday with us.
This event is free and open to all so swing with a friend, with curious kids who love sampling desserts, by yourself, or with co-workers. We’ll be here until 7:30!

Applications are now open for FREE youth theater programs in Easthampton and Springfield, July and August!
No previous theater experience is required to apply, and the program is facilitated and created by experienced youth theater educators.
