5th Annual Holiday Arts and Crafts fair at the Elusie Gallery. Featuring 35 local Artisans and Artists in a variety of media: jewelry, paintings, ceramics, wearables, ornaments, prints, postcards, reclaimed wood and metal objects and more.
This lighthearted series illustrates every day idioms by pairing miniatures with colorful penny candy. The approach is minimalist, playing with the depth of field to momentarily distort our perspectives of space and place. The pairing focuses attention on the texture and composition that we overlook. And the miniatures engage our childlike sense of wonder.
