Carolyn Gray’s exhibit at Oxbow Gallery from September 4-28th will exhibit the views during dusk and sunset from the window seat of a plane and the passenger seat of a car. Gray writes “Coming in for a landing just after sunset, you can see the lights of the bridge. The river shimmers. The warehouses and runway are illuminated.Traveling through a familiar landscape as it gets dark – is it lonely? It could be, but there could also be a sense of safety – the anticipation of return to a safe place.”
