6pm, Big E’s Bakery/Deli and Parking Lot: Find poetry in unexpected places and pick up your free chapbook, City Poets, featuring the work of the 5 individuals who have been Easthampton’s Poet Laureates. A reading by Gary Metras, Jason Montgomery, and Carolyn Cushing from 6:00pm to 6:30ish will happen in sun or light rain (under a small tent) but will be canceled if there is a deluge or lightning. Bring a chair or plan to stand. City Poets chapbook available inside Big Es starting September 11th during their regular hours.
