Valley Jazz Voices is a  lively group of thirty singers, directed by Jeff Olmsted and accompanied by a piano trio, performing a mix of American standards, Latin grooves, and new takes on familiar pop songs. They will take the stage at the Flywheel Arts Center in Easthampton.

West Springfield High School photography students captured the detail of their surroundings in a backyard shooting assignment.  They were asked to look beyond ‘things’ and find shapes, textures, lines, contrast, etc. that had been previously overlooked.  The result are these thoughtful black and white images that offer a glimpse into their world.
