Help us welcome the latest artist to hit the walls at Dry Humor, Sarah Marquesen (she/her). Sarah views her work as a way to bring the viewer a moment of happiness in a troubled world. Most of her portraiture work focuses on animals and she attempts for the viewer to connect with more vulnerable creatures. As an artist, she feels she has a cherished opportunity to encourage empathy and challenge societal norms. Her goal is to stoke empathy to make a more compassionate world. Sarah works primarily in acrylic paint, graphite and ink.
