Paulette Griswold

``Coming out`` from the womb of quarantine meant entering a new world of risk with leadership divided. I have found myself less cautious in my work: all of my pandemic-related anxieties left no room for me to worry about risks in photography. I trust myself more now, because trusting myself is no longer a choice. I embrace the vulnerable moments now, because the world has given me permission to be vulnerable: exposing my softness, nurturing my delicate parts, and becoming open enough to adapt.
