DESCRIPTION:Luminaries will line Cottage Street while the shops all stay open for late night Holiday Shopping. There will be special events in the stores so please check with them individually to find out what is happening. Each shop has donated items to a large gift basket that will be raffled at the end of the night. To be eligible individuals will receive a punch card in the stores which will be punched in each one then card will get entered into the raffle. Stay tuned for more info on what will be happening!

DESCRIPTION:Carol Ostberg\n“I have been painting furniture and creating holiday and year round ornaments for quite some time. It has resulted in an accumulation of furniture legs\, trim bits\, beads and baubles. Then came a Covid pause and time for reflection and experimentation; \n‘This furniture leg turned upside down would make a great base. I wonder how big I could make the bird ornament form? There would be more surface area for embellishment and the wing could be articulated. How large do they make those star forms?’ \nEnter; Table Top Sculptures\nThey are colorful multi media expansions of the ornaments I’ve been making for years. Each has the option to be personalized with a tag. You can write a wish\, message or mantra for yourself or someone else. They are colorful and unexpected and I hope they bring a smile to viewers. We all need more of that.”

DESCRIPTION:Maggie Nowinski and Alicia Renadette share original collage and drawing works on panel and paper from their ongoing collaboration\, Exquisite Variants.  While Nowinski’s work often finds form in complex and meticulously rendered pen and ink drawings\, Alicia Renadette creates vibrant assemblage sculptures and installations. Both artists intuitively incarnate themes of trauma and resilience as improvised entanglements of biological and botanical systems.
