SUMMARY:Olwen O'Herlihy Dowling at Oxbow Gallery
DESCRIPTION:Dowling’s titled her show “One Foot in Two Places” \nShe states about her upcoming show: \n“I decided to title my exhibit “A Foot in Two Places” as I have lived my life between\nIreland and the United States. The times we are currently living in have made me feel\nvery close ties emotionally and physically to being an American. It seems each day we\nare feeling our equilibrium askew with a continuing barrage from outside sources that\naffect much more than we ever imagined. I wanted to share and paint what I love about\nboth countries.”
