Landscapes and seascapes in oils and pastels
I use color in an expressive way to fulfill a sense of place. My subjects are a result of travels whether they be local or distant. By capturing the moment, I can preserve it on canvas or paper. I like the pastel medium for its vibrant color, blending capabilities as well as its suitability to impressionism and expressionism.
